The villa is a slice of heaven in Phoenix!! We were lucky enough to have warm weather during our February stay, so we took advantage of the pool and patio area. Checking in was an absolute breeze, and our requests were met by the hosts. The Tea and Coffee station was top notch too! We would love to come back and rent the entire Villa and bring our family & friends.

Very cool space, comfortable and in a real oasis of greenery. Great location, walkable neighborhood and convenient to Old Town Scottsdale and area attractions. Responsive host and well appointed space. Would definitely stay again when I am in town.

The property is gorgeous as are the grounds with a pond and streams and beautiful foliage. This room has a private patio nestled between blooming bougainvillea bushes. The sunken tub and shower are luxury touches. The host communicates very well. You will love staying in this home.

We loved our stay! Such a beautiful place from the moment you parked all the way to the guest home in the back. The beautiful garden in front with the waterfall was peaceful and inviting. The pool area was beautiful and well lit. We loved every bit of our time and only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for having us!

We had a great stay! The outdoor space was so nice for relaxing, reading, and taking a break. The studio apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. The location made it easy to go to a variety of restaurants and other destinations. Loved the easy access to Tempe and Old Town Scottsdale.

What an amazing property! Looks exactly like the pictures, if not even better. Beautiful gardens. It feels like a luxury oasis. All the small touches in the kitchen were much appreciated. Only wish I could have stayed longer!

Alessandro and Jaysons place was one of our top two favorite air b and b’s of all the ones we’ve stayed in . From The well equipped kitchen (they had every thing you could possibly need) to the private pool area , and gorgeous room with immaculately clean bathroom . Jayson was so very friendly and helpful . We will be staying here again the next time we are in town . Anne and Roger

God, we loved our stay. It was perfect for our visit. My best friend and I were touring Tempe for apartments for college in August. The home was beautiful and you can truly see the host’s passion for art and travel. Everything was super clean and the interior details were amazing, from the natural lighting to the rainfall shower heads to the built in espresso machine and matcha tea bar. Doing my homework was also seamless. I loved being able to study in the garden, by the poolside, in the cozy living room, or even on our own separate patio seating. The washer and dryer were a huge plus and the garden was epic. It really felt like paradise. I genuinely cannot express how amazing our stay was and will definitely be staying again. The host was also very communicative and helpful. We shared the kitchen with other guests but rarely ran into anyone. On the one day we did, our last unfortunately, we ended up talking for 45 minutes and everyone was so sweet.

Alessandro’s Villa Paradiso was so relaxing and peaceful. We were able to work and enjoy all the lovely surroundings and beautiful landscape. We took a walk in the evening enjoying the neighborhood and sunset. Felt very zen and safe the whole time and the internet was so efficient and fast! Alessandro was very responsive and kind. I particularly loved the built in coffee machine and sitting in the sunken living room that immediately calmed my nervous system. Would definitely recommend 10/10. Thanks again for the restful 4 days!

Having a rental car made things a lot easier, things are close by driving distance, the Botanical Garden was about 10 min drive away, the Rainbow Ryders was about 20 mins away, the farthest distance I had to go was about 4 hours away to Page, AZ for the kayak antelope canyon. My room had a private entry/exit which made it convenient when I was leaving/coming for my excursions. You also have the ability to lock your bedroom door while you're gone if safety/privacy is a concern. I even did a morning run and the view was breath taking. Overall, I give this a 10/10.
