Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. God, we loved our stay. It was perfect for our visit. My best friend and I were touring Tempe for apartments for college in August. The home was beautiful and you can truly see the host’s passion for art and travel. Everything was super clean and the interior details were amazing, from the natural lighting to the rainfall shower heads to the built in espresso machine and matcha tea bar. Doing my homework was also seamless. I loved being able to study in the garden, by the poolside, in the cozy living room, or even on our own separate patio seating. The washer and dryer were a huge plus and the garden was epic. It really felt like paradise. I genuinely cannot express how amazing our stay was and will definitely be staying again. The host was also very communicative and helpful. We shared the kitchen with other guests but rarely ran into anyone. On the one day we did, our last unfortunately, we ended up talking for 45 minutes and everyone was so sweet.

Alessandro’s Villa Paradiso was so relaxing and peaceful. We were able to work and enjoy all the lovely surroundings and beautiful landscape. We took a walk in the evening enjoying the neighborhood and sunset. Felt very zen and safe the whole time and the internet was so efficient and fast! Alessandro was very responsive and kind. I particularly loved the built in coffee machine and sitting in the sunken living room that immediately calmed my nervous system. Would definitely recommend 10/10. Thanks again for the restful 4 days!

Alessandro and Jayson were lovely! Great hosts made a beautiful place to stay even better! My room was perfect for what I needed with a spacious desk that had a view to the lush backyard. It was close to scottsdale and tempe making going out for brunch and dinner quick and easy. Everything was perfect for what I needed and I'd highly recommend staying here if you're looking for something in the area. I probably will again!

Hey guys this was awesome and the hosts were incredible to be with! Doesn’t feel like there were any other guests there. Everyone was so respectful of each others space and when we crossed paths everyone was happy to see each other and wished each other happy days

We had a great stay at Alessandro and Jason’s place! It was a quick drive or bike ride from many of the things we wanted to do in Phoenix/Scottsdale, and we were very impressed by the kitchen, living room, and outdoor spaces. I’ll be recommending this place to friends when they visit the area!

Wow! What a find! Alessandro’s house is a gem. Spacious room, plenty of amenities, squeaky clean house, well stocked kitchen, and a very well furnished and decorated place. Alessandro was very accommodating for all of my needs and always responded immediately - even when he was on a vacation himself! He checked in constantly to see if I needed anything, provided local recommendations, and as a bonus let me borrow his EV charger. This place isn’t walkable, but that can be easily remedied by several rideshare options, if not driving one’s vehicle. Only downside was that I didn’t get to meet Alessandro and Jayson, as they themselves were traveling during the holiday season. I would highly recommend staying at Alessandro’s place!!
