The Studio is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood with large houses right on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. We are 10 minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe's Mill district with their restaurant and bars, Arizona State University, The Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Gardens and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Another 5 minutes away are the excitement of downtown Phoenix, the Phoenix Convention Center, the US Airways Arena, the Biltmore business district and much more. If you're in town for Spring Training, a competitive event at Tempe Town Lake (Ironman or a marathon) or an ASU game, I think you'll love to stay with us.
Guest Access
The Studio guest house has a private entrance and patio and is surrounded by lots of green and flowers and a private swimming pool. Free washer and drier are available in the large walk in closet. Free wifi and HDTV with streaming HBO, Showtime, Netflix, etc. make the Studio the perfect place to stay whether you're on vacation in Phoenix, visiting to attend an event on here on business.
Good to know
For two decades the Studio was the creative space of the Wrightsian architect who designed and built our beautiful, unique property. In January 2014 we converted his architectural studio to a luxurious and private living space by adding a full bathroom and kitchen, modern day amenities and new furniture. The Studio is located within a 10 minute drive and $14 Uber ride of Sky Harbor International Airport. As with most Phoenix locations, we recommend a rental car if you plan to be exploring the city for pleasure or work. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are readily available.
