Our Property

Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings in the guest wing. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Master suite with sitting room, master bathroom, outdoor patio and zen atrium, second bedroom are fully private. All other spaces may be shared. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. This listing is usually available only when we are traveling. We have a trusted housekeeper who will assist you. The house is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. It's between five and 15 minutes to drive to the airport, multiple restaurants, nightlife spots, hiking, and sporting venues. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber/Lyft service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. The second bedroom/den/gym accesses the atrium which looks into the master bathroom. The doorway between the master bedroom and the master bath does not have a door.

All other spaces may be shared and opffered B&B style, with an included self-served continental breakfast. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone or keypad.

The villa is a slice of heaven in Phoenix!! We were lucky enough to have warm weather during our February stay, so we took advantage of the pool and patio area. Checking in was an absolute breeze, and our requests were met by the hosts. The Tea and Coffee station was top notch too! We would love to come back and rent the entire Villa and bring our family & friends.

The property is gorgeous as are the grounds with a pond and streams and beautiful foliage. This room has a private patio nestled between blooming bougainvillea bushes. The sunken tub and shower are luxury touches. The host communicates very well. You will love staying in this home.

This was truly one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had! The space was dreamy, incredibly clean, peaceful, and in a great location. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was smooth, communication with Alessandro & Jayson was prompt and friendly, and the home had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to stay again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Wonderful stay! Clear instructions, super friendly hosts, beautiful art and grounds, and all of the accommodations you could ask for. We had a great night sleep in the cozy beds and loved the beautiful shower and deep soaking bath. Fresh fluffy towels and bright white sheets. Continental breakfast was a hidden perk! And the espresso machine was very well enjoyed. 12/10 will stay again!

This is Airbnb at its best! These are thoughtful hosts who have created a lovely space that they want to share. The house is super clean with lovely touches like tranquil spots to sit in the garden and snacks and drinks available. This is a unique home with fun personality. I felt at home the moment we walked in. Would love to stay here again!
